• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

🌍 Shipping Time & Delivery 

• Estimated delivery time varies by location:
  • India: 7-15 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days
• Shipping times may vary due to customs, weather, or unforeseen delays.
• If your order is delayed beyond 30 days, you’re eligible for a full refund.

📍 Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
• Track your order using our Order Tracking Page.

💰 Shipping Fees & Charges 

• We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹2000
• Orders below this amount may have a standard shipping fee (calculated at checkout).
• Any customs duties/taxes (for international orders) are the responsibility of the buyer.

🔄 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments 

• If your order is lost or stolen, contact us immediately at contact@nyrafoundation.com
• If your package is delayed, we’ll work with our courier partners to resolve the issue.
• In case of non-delivery after 30 days, you’re eligible for a refund or reshipment.
